We have done work with creative houses, non-profits, universities, and more.

Ideation Support

The outcome: A shortlist of your team’s greatest ideas for what’s next ranked by impact potential, viability, and mission alignment. We achieve this through a tailored combination of design thinking workshops, landscape research, market gap analysis, and visioning workshops. 

Fieldwork

The outcome: In depth conclusions of what your key constituents need, what they are currently doing to solve their problems, and how your solutions might help. We provide both the answer-first synthesis and the detailed field notes for cross referencing.

User Testing

The outcome: A prioritised next steps list of programs, products, or features ranked on how impactful the implementation will be on your true north, the size of the user base that demonstrated a need for the solution, and the urgency of solving the need to maintain your targets.
